Guideline for Parents
- 1. Parents are expected to support & cooperate with the school authorities in inculcating punctuality, regularity and discipline among the students.
- 2. Parents are requested to refer the school diaries of their wards daily & note the homework & other instructions given. Remarks made in the diary should be seen and countersigned by next day as a proof that remarks have been read.
- 3. Ensure that your child does not bring any valuable articles to school. The school will not be responsible for the loss of such items.
- 4. Please mark all the belongings of your ward with his/her name, S.R No. & class.
- 5. Parents are requested not to collect their wards during school hours. In case of emergency the parents should come in personnel during recess time only.
- 6. In case of a child suffering from any infectious disease, parents are advised to keep their child at home, until the danger of infection has passed. A medical fitness certificate will be required in such cases before the child is permitted to attend school.
- 7. All parents are requested not to send or bring any articles like lunch boxes, stationary etc during school hours .
- 8. Parents should meet the teachers regularly on parents teacher consultation days to discuss the academics and personality development of their child.
- 9. Parents are advised to give only the home made food such as chapattis with vegetables , paranthas ,rice etc in the tiffin box. Items such as chips , namkeens, noodles or any packed food is strictly restricted.
- 10. A written application signed by parents should be sent to the school in case the student is taking a leave.
- 11. If a student remains absent for 10 or more than 10 days without any prior notice to school then his/her name will be struck off and it will become a case of re-admission. Re- admission will be done only after payment of Rs.500/-
- 12. Parents should support and promote their children to participate in all the activities held in the school.
